Runcina help

Support

Find steps for billing, recurring visits, importing records and connection problems. If you need more help, contact us by email.

Manage or cancel your subscription

The business owner manages the Runcina subscription in the web app. Open it in a browser on your phone or computer. The Android app shows the plan but does not include the subscription billing controls. iOS is planned after the Android and web launch.

  1. Sign in to the web app with the owner’s existing account and sign-in method.
  2. Open Settings, then Subscription for the business whose plan you want to manage.
  3. Select Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal.
  4. To cancel, choose the cancellation option in the portal and complete its confirmation steps. Check the resulting subscription status and effective cancellation date, and keep the confirmation.

On the Free plan, use Upgrade in the same section to start checkout. Check the business country, price and any taxes before confirming. If paid access ends and you return to Free, the 10-active-job limit applies.

Deleting your account permanently? The account-deletion process cancels linked subscriptions for eligible businesses you own before removing their records. Export anything you need first. A pending deletion request is not a completion confirmation. Uninstalling the app or closing the billing page does not cancel a subscription.

Can’t find Manage billing?

Check that you are using the web app and are signed in as the business owner. Admins and members cannot manage the subscription. A Free business with no linked subscription billing account may show only Upgrade.

If you have a paid subscription and the portal will not open, or its cancellation option is missing, email support for subscription help. Include your account email, business name, receipt reference and the error shown. Keep your account accessible while this is resolved. An email request is not confirmation that cancellation has taken effect.

The Runcina subscription and payments collected from your lawn-care customers are separate. Connecting or disconnecting an invoice-payment account does not manage your Runcina plan. See the customer payment guide and subscription terms.

Contact Runcina support

Email admin@runcina.app. Send the request from the email address on your Runcina account where possible. Support is provided on a best-efforts basis and does not currently include a guaranteed response-time service level.

Protect your information. Runcina support will never ask for your password. Do not email passwords, authentication codes, full card or bank details, secret API keys, or complete client databases.

What to include

A concise request usually helps us identify the issue faster. Include:

  • the email address on the affected Runcina account;
  • the business name and whether you are an owner, administrator, or member;
  • whether you are using the web app or Android, plus the app version if available;
  • what you expected, what happened, and the steps immediately before the issue; and
  • a screenshot with client and payment details removed, if it is safe and useful.

Common requests

Set up recurring visits

Start with one customer and property, choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and check the next visit date. The recurring-round guide explains the next date and what to do after a rain delay.

Import an existing round

Download a CSV template, preview the file and check the create/skip counts before confirming. If an import stops partway through, check what was added before retrying.

Login and verification

Use the same sign-in method you used to create the account. For an email/password account, use Forgot your password? on the login page. Tell support the account email and sign-in method if you still need help.

Subscription and billing

Use the owner’s account in the web app. Follow the manage or cancel a subscription steps. Include a receipt reference when requesting help.

Stripe or Xero

Check the payments, Xero and reminders guide. If setup fails, include the status shown in Settings and the affected invoice number. Keep provider secrets and access tokens private.

Invoice or payment status

Use the invoice guide to check the draft, sharing and remaining balance. Marking an invoice sent does not send an email or record a payment.

Hand work to your crew

Follow the crew-handoff guide to prepare a visit, record the field work and review the saved result. Read its shared-access explanation before inviting staff.

Data export

Owners and administrators can use Settings > Data Management. The export includes account and business records, but does not bundle photos or uploaded files. Save separate copies of files you need before deleting your account; links in an export may stop working after deletion. Provider credentials and internal security records are excluded. Standard members can request help with their individual account data.

Account deletion

Use the in-app deletion control or follow the public process on the Delete account page.

Business ownership

Review team roles and shared visibility before inviting staff. An owner with team members must transfer ownership or remove those members before deleting the owner account.

When a change will not save

  1. Keep the app open while it says Saving. Open the sync-status indicator to check whether a supported job change is Queued.
  2. Once you have internet, choose Retry in the sync-status panel, then check that the job and date are correct.
  3. If the problem continues, note the action, approximate time and exact error before contacting support. Avoid entering the same change repeatedly while its status is unclear.

Photos, imports, invoices, payment links and subscription changes need an internet connection. See what can wait for a connection for the supported job changes and limits.

If a payment, customer message or import has an uncertain result, check its history before trying it again. Include the relevant reference in your support request.

Security and privacy issues

If you believe an account or business has been accessed without permission, email admin@runcina.app with “Runcina security issue” in the subject. Describe the affected account, approximate time, and what you observed. Avoid including exploit details or sensitive customer information in the first email; we can arrange a safer follow-up if required.
